Product Training Manager

We are looking for an experienced & passionate hotel management professional with exceptional communication skills and an inner drive for hospitality supported by technology. Someone who knows how to advise other hoteliers on the use of technology in everyday operations to become more efficient and deliver impeccable guest experience.

In this role, you will be coaching hoteliers and their teams on how to streamline their daily operations using Flexkeeping. Your main focus will be listening and understanding the way our clients operate and detecting their challenges. You’ll then need to provide them with smart Flexkeeping supported solutions and various best practices which will help them boost their operational performance and gain our trust. 


YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership of the entire customer product training processes (pre - during - post training)
  • Providing insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of Flexkeeping
  • Constantly changing and improving the training process to assure the highest possible quality and the widest possible usage of Flexkeeping
  • Carrying out operational meetings with customers to discover their operational processes and procedures and constantly maintaining knowledge of it 
  • Customising and setting-up of Flexkeeping  for the training process 
  • On-field/online customer training of Flexkeeping platform 
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents by prompt usage of company designated tools
  • Identifying and suggesting upsell opportunities 
  • Monitoring and identifying user satisfaction risks and implementing appropriate improvements
  • Scheduling and leading regular meetings with key clients all around the world
  • Constantly changing and improving the training process to assure the highest possible quality and the widest possible usage of Flexkeeping
  • Suggesting new product functionalities and modules on the basis of customer feedbacks and proactive observations during training processes and other communication with clients
  • Leads all training processes with key clients & projects
  • Personally conducting and monitoring training processes at key clients
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Flexkeeping and its applicability to different use cases in hotel operations


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONALITY

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in hotel operations being a head of department or on a higher management level
  • Excellent communication skills and IT fluency
  • Fluent in English (professional level) & Croatian. Additional languages come as an advantage.
  • Excellent people management skills and empathy.
  • Tech savvy and eager to learn about new technologies
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Motivated to constantly grow professionally as well as personally
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Skill in prioritising and triaging obligations
  • Good time management and organisation
  • Reliable and proactive
  • Previous experience with meeting deadlines, goals and objectives (KPIs)
  • Being able to work outside standard working hours if needed (occasionally)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Hospitality experience (or hospitality tech experience)
