What’s in it for you?

In this role, you will co-lead and execute an effective outbound strategy, as well as support our inbound sales processes. You will be reaching out to property owners all around the world in order to catch their interest and communicate Flexkeeping’s value proposition -> to be the backbone of smooth hotel operations and immaculate guest service, for the best hotels all around the world.

You will be able to do all of this from the comfort of your home, or office, or, you might even travel, visiting some of the nicest hotels in some of the nicest places our world has to offer.

  • Executing the outbound strategy by prospecting, messaging creation and cold outreach to prospects via various channels (email, LinkedIn, phone calls etc)
  • Searching for new sales channels, methods, business models and opportunities
  • Taking care of lead nurturing, data collection and processing and ensuring 100% CRM data integrity
  • Responding to online and offline sales requests deriving from all channels
  • Delegating sales requests to Market Managers
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, contracts and sales hand-offs
  • Meeting sales quotas (KPIs)
  • Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions
  • Preparing reports and analyzing data
  • Supporting the company at business events, fairs, conferences, forums and similar
  • Other duties, as required
  • Experience working in a Sales Representative role in the hospitality and travel industry
  • Hospitality tech experience is a massive bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to produce engaging, straightforward messaging and sales content adapted to various businesses and personas
  • Fluent in English (professional level)
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Experience with sales and marketing automations tools (such as HubSpot, Salesloft, Sales Navigator etc) is a must
  • Being able to work afternoon hours during some of the weekdays (CET time zone)
  • Cross-selling and upselling are something that gets you excited
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn about new technologies
  • Motivated to constantly grow professionally as well as personally
  • Good time management and organization
  • Knack for data and data processing
  • Reliable and proactive
