Some background context
The Regional Sales Manager (CEE/Adriatics) position is a critical hire and will play a key strategic role in the next phase of the company's journey - after all it's our home turf and one of our biggest markets.
Your primary focus will be promoting and selling Flexkeeping software to regional hotels while advising our clients, nurturing relationships and managing their expectations. You will handle various organizational, administrative, and project management duties. You will strive to deliver impeccable results while traveling extensively and working independently with little or no supervision. You will report into the CCO.
Responsibilities
Growing pipeline of new sales and incremental business across allocated client portfolio
Nurturing existing and developing new business partnerships
Being responsible for reaching annual revenue targets, new sales quotas, and volume of meetings
Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions (in-depth knowledge of the industry)
Understanding all aspects of hotel operation culture
Networking through conferences, industry events, and business meetings
Meeting potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
Prospecting and scheduling appointments with decision-makers to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
Carrying out presentations on middle management, general management, and corporate level
Performing sales follow-up activities
Growing business of existing clients
Enhancing, building, and growing relationships with regional hotel executives and current clients (ensuring long-term customer loyalty)
Key Account management, including contract renewals
Being responsible for maintaining and increasing key account customer satisfaction
Acting as a point of escalation for clients, ensuring consistent delivery of best-in-class service and consultancy
Organizing regional Flexkeeping events
Identifying new product opportunities

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Hotel Management experience
Communicative and friendly team player with great people skills and IT fluency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive problem solver determined to get things done
Fluent in English and Croatian language (additional languages are a big plus)
Ability to cold call potential clients with confidence
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Readiness to collaborate with the internal management team to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue
Previous experience with meeting deadlines, goals, and objectives (KPIs)
Being able to work outside standard working hours while on the road occasionally
Willingness to travel
Motivated to keep growing professionally and personally
