We are a team of tech enthusiasts with an exceptional talent for building personal relationships with our clients. That’s why we are looking for a person who is enthusiastic about hotel operations, loves technology, and is a motivated go-getter in managing projects and keeping our clients happy.  Your primary focus will be managing and overseeing our key projects while onboarding new clients, nurturing relationships, and managing their expectations. You will strive to deliver impeccable results while working independently with little or no supervision.

Your duties and responsibilities

  • Project management - planning, executing, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Constantly improving project-related processes to assure the highest possible quality of our services
  • Monitoring and identifying client satisfaction risks and implementing appropriate improvements
  • Ownership of the entire customer product training processes (pre - during - post) for key clients
  • Execution of customer product training processes for key clients
  • Responsible for successful execution of pilot projects (pre - during - post)
  • Understanding all aspects of hotel operations culture
  • Enhancing, building, and growing relationships with key accounts (ensuring long-term customer loyalty) 
  • Being responsible for maintaining and increasing key account customer satisfaction
  • Acting as a point of escalation for clients, ensuring consistent delivery of best-in-class service and consultancy 
  • Occasional participation in industry events to boost relationships

Your qualifications & personality

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Ideally, you were/are running one of hotel’s departments
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Communicative and friendly team player with great people skills and IT fluency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive problem solver who can think outside of the box and is determined to get things done
  • Fluent in English (Croatian, Italian and/or German are a big plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of characters
  • Being able to work outside standard working hours while on the road occasionally
  • Willingness to travel
  • Motivated to keep growing professionally and personally
